Hi Everyone!!

This is my first blog and I would just like to welcome all of you and hope you are enjoying browsing my website!! I hope ,with this blog, that i can give you all a small insight into my life with the horses and how we work here at EL dressage. I will endeavour to keep you up to date with any competition news and training of all the horses as the year goes on.

First and foremost a HUGE thank you to all who were able to attend our official yard opening in July, it was wonderful to see so many old and new faces come and help celebrate all the hard work that has gone into getting my dream off the ground.

It has been all go here at the yard with various outings. Two weeks ago I took 2 horses down to AM Dressage for 2 days training with Adam Kemp. I took Hof and Remy and Adam was very pleased with our progress from our last visit, Hof is booked for a week down there without me while I go on holiday so Adam can continue his training. The next weekend we spent Saturday and Sunday at the National dressage championships at Stoneleigh Park watching Matt Frost ride my mothers horse AMD Don Rosso in 2 classes. Donald and Matt were awesome as ever and finished 7th in the Medium open and 11th in a very hot Advanced medium open, needless to say mum was over the moon with them and despite still being a little green due to Donalds enormous size (18.2!!!) she sees a very special combination.

Finally today we took this years foal Dubai to the Oldenburg foal inspection at Larkshill stud in Buckinghamshire to have her passport done, microchipped and branded. While she was there she was also assessed and received a premium grading which was fabulous and nice to see my mothers hard work and breeding program paying off.

So now things are quiet for a few weeks as I go away, when I am back we will be taking some of the horses out competing and preparing the stallion for his grading at Addington in November.

With my biggest supporter, mum.
